Job Description

SALARY:         £40,500 - £70,500 depending on experience, bonuses, company vehicle with fuel card, pension, phone, 22 days paid holiday.      

LOCATION:   Ilford, Croydon, Dartford, Brixton 

A Senior Operations Manager position has arisen with this well-known and rapidly growing supplier of fleet, construction vehicle and emergency vehicle CCTV plus bus and coach CCTV dealing with commercial fleets, emergency services and retail among others. Due to their expansion they are looking to add to their team. 

The works will generally be within their office based in South-East London with some travelling involved, ideally living no further than an hour to the office. You will be second in command reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. 

Your main responsibilities will be to optimise the companies operating abilities, employing strategies to maximize customer satisfaction. You will be required to work together with key members to compile budgets in marketing, sales and operations. monitoring invoices, money handling, accounting and bank processes. Driving the company’s abilities to surpass customer satisfaction and company goals. Overseeing marketing and sales initiatives and implementing better business practices, managing relationships with partners and vendors. Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements. 

To be suitable for this role you must have a minimum of 5 year’s experience as an Operations Manager or managing marketing strategies. The ability to make business projections 3 years in the future and a proven track record managing budgets. Demonstrated experience of ethical leadership, outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels with superb team skills. A bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field is an advantage, if you come from a vehicle background that is also a big plus. 

The ideal candidate will be an exemplary leader, have a superb business acumen and have a great understanding of business strategies.
