POSITION: Service Coordinator, Hire Coordinator, Service Support, Marketing Support
SALARY: £16,500 - £20,500 basic plus performance bonus, excellent pension, good prospect for growth.
LOCATION: Working from an office in Cambridgeshire you will need to be living in the Cambridge, St Neots, Huntingdon, Bedford and Sawtry area.
To be suitable for this role you must be computer literate with excellent communication skills have some background in looking after a field service team.

Due to promotion they are looking for a service coordinator marketing support assistant working from an office near Huntingdon.
You role will split into two main areas:-
- Service Coordinator looking after the field based service engineers including booking their appointments with clients by phone or email, changing around appointments if they got stuck on one site, or if they are unexpectedly off, you will also be taking calls from clients with breakdowns, sorting out spares deliveries, sending out quotes, invoices and generally making the service department run smoothly.
- Marketing support, during any spare time, working with the Sales Manager to generate list of potential accounts, generate mailshots, email shots, identify prospect accounts, flag up lapsed accounts on accounts that have changed their buying activities.
To be suitable for this role you must have had some experience of coordinating service teams or sales teams, have real attention to detail, have the ability to work unflustered in a very busy environment but still be motivated to fill in any quiet time with activity useful to the business.
