A fantastic Internal Sales Supervisor role has arisen with this leading provider of recycling equipment. They are looking for an experienced sales professional, who wants to progress in their sales career and take on the position of Supervisor. LOCATION: You will be based from an office in Rochester, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
SALARY: Circa £24,000 to £25,000 as a basic salary with an OTE of approximately £33.000 which is uncapped and designed to reward new business. There is also access to a branch bonus and opportunity to progress in the business. 20 days holiday and company pension.
You will be selling a wide range of recycling equipment (for paper, plastic, and security waste etc.) to a whole host of clients such as the NHS, universities, football clubs, gyms, and facilities management companies (to name but a few).
You will be coming into the role initially managing one other member of staff to begin with, with a view to increasing the ‘head count’ and assisting in building and recruiting a team around you. In time you will be given the opportunity to grow the role further and visit clients on a regular basis. This could be a really exciting time to join the company and assist them in growing the team and the business.
You will also be tasked with winning new business for the company, to help grow the account base (and of course earn commission). This will be a proactive sales role; you will be researching and sourcing leads in order to contact business by telephone in order to sell the benefits of these unique recycling solutions. You will open accounts and take orders over the phone and keep in regular contact with the accounts that you have opened in order to increase their spend.
Successful candidates must have at least 2 years business to business internal sales experience. You will have experience of making outbound sales calls, closing sales over the phone, and building rapport with clients.
