A Technical Sales Manager opportunity has arisen within an industry leading company specialising in selling a range of Premium Power Tools and Accessories.
SALARY: £35,000 plus commission, company vehicle, laptop, phone, pension, 25-day holiday plus Bank Holidays.

You will be selling a range of premium power tools and accessories, into a variety of marketplaces such as Metal and Industrial businesses and end users.
This is a new business role assisting the Area Sales Manager with some account management, the successful candidate will be responsible for growing existing accounts however the focus will be on obtaining new business by canvassing, following up on calls and self-generating leads. You will be responsible for getting across the Company growth strategy of new products or features and by finding new markets for Power Tool products.
You will be in complete control of your own diary so you will need to be self-motivated and have a great technical ability, understanding of application and demonstration. You will need to be prepared to overcome any obstacles put in front of you by confidently speaking up and advising on the best and most accurate ways the client can get the best from their power tools. This will include conducting an in-depth needs analysis to understand the demands of the client and the type of Power Tools needed. You will be responsible for going into these businesses and presenting the product range. With this role you will work alongside the Area Sales Manager by conducting joint client visits where you will be responsible for provided all the technical know-how.
To be successful for this role, you must have 2 years + experience within Power Tools, you must be from a Technical or Engineering sales background and can confidently demonstrate all the Power Tools and accessories. You must have a full UK driving licence. You will also need to live on patch.
