POSITION:     Water Treatment Sales Executive, Account Manager with prospects 

SALARY:         £29,700 - £46,200 basic, approximately £52,000 - £66,000 with commission open

ended, company car, real growth prospects with a small team after 18 months, full operating expenses, home office. 

LOCATION:    London and Home Counties 

To be suitable for this role you must have experience of commercial water treatment, on site chemical analysis of closed systems, sales experience, motivation and the real desire to grow your career. 

If you are serious about career growth and actually do want to be in a managerial role within 18 months, then this may be the job you have been looking for.  The client has mapped out turnover targets to trigger the opening of a local satellite office, the employment of a small team probably consisting of a junior sales executive and a couple of service engineers, to work under you. 

To start with you will be spending 50% of your time servicing the accounts completing sampling, on site chemical analysis of boiler water, cooling tower water, closed systems, dosing, overseeing the teams completing redundant pipework removal, tank replacements, tank cleans and chlorinations.  The other 50% of your time will be spend developing the existing account base whilst adding new accounts to the base via cold calling, recommendation, marketing leads, exhibitions etc.  As you hit set targets you will spend less time hands on and more time managing your accounts, you will then be tasked with opening a satellite office near to you, completing the recruitment of your new team with all the responsibilities that entails including recruitment, training, uptraining, performance meetings, growth meetings etc.  As the turnover grows you will be tasked with taking on more personnel for your team. 

To be suitable for this role you must be able to take water samples from closed system to analyse on site, have water treatment sales experience, have the drive and desire to work yourself up into a senior management post.
